Delete from the app (fastest)

Open Tubby and go to Account.
Tap Delete account.
Type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion happens immediately. You are signed out on the spot and the account cannot be restored.

No access to the app?

Email info@tubby.pro with the subject Delete my Tubby account, sent from the email address your account uses. We complete emailed deletion requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account, sign-in email, and display name
Remaining free minutes and all usage records
All Quick Phrases stored in the cloud
Every active sign-in session

Tubby stores no voice recordings, so there is no audio to delete. Diagnostic server logs contain no message content or transcripts and age out automatically.

What is not deleted

Nothing tied to your identity remains after deletion. If you reinstall and sign up again with the same email, you start from scratch with a fresh free allowance.
